After breakfast drive to Punakha across Dochu-la pass (3,088m/10,130ft). The highest point on the road is marked by a large Bhutanese chorten and prayer flags fluttering on the hill.On a clear day, there is a breathtaking view over the high peaks of the eastern Himalayas from this spot.Visit Punakha Dzong, the winter seat of the Head Abbot, built by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal in the 17th century and situated at the junction of Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers. Afterwards continue a short distance by foot to one of the country’s largest suspension bridges, with more fine views up valley (Optional: River rafting at additional cost). Overnight at Punakha
Morning take a short hike through the rice fields to a temple of fertility dedicated to the divine mad man. Visit Wolakha Nunnery. Overnight at Punakha
After breakfast drive and head to PARO. Arrive at lunch to Paro. On arrival visit to Ta Dzong(National Museum) and Paro Rimpung Dzong. Evening leisure to explore Paro Town. Overnight at Paro

The National Memorial Chorten was built in memory of Third Druk Gyalpo and is dedicated to World Peace. The chorten is a large white structure crowned with a golden spire. It is located close to the checnter of Thimphu city and is one of its most iconic monuments
It is commonly knowns Buddha Dordenma statue. This Buddha is gold plated and made of bronze. It houses one hundred and thousand smaller Buddhas of 8 inches and twenty-five thousand of12 inches height and a diamond is fixed at the point of the third eye.
