Arrival into Arusha’s Kilimanjaro International Airport. You will be met by our team outside the arrival halls. Transfer to your hotel where you will be assisted to check-in. Safari briefing. Overnight stay on Bed and Breakfast basis.

Arusha- Lake Manyara

Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Lake Manyara National Park passing through Makuyuni. Lake Manyara provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded and include thousands of pink-hued flamingos on their perpetual migration, as well as other large water birds such as pelicans, cormorants and storks. Large mammals abound. Arrive at the lodge, check in and have a hot lunch. Relaxation, afternoon game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight stay. Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge

Lake Manyara- Serengeti

Breakfast at the lodge and depart, passing through Karatu, to Serengeti National park which is a home to the “big five” of rhinoceros, lion, leopard, elephant, and buffalo the park also supports many species of wildlife which includes cheetah, Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelle, topi, eland, water buck, hyena, baboon, impala, African wild dog and giraffe. The park also boasts about 500 bird species, including ostrich, secretary bird, Kori bustard, crowned crane, marabou stork, martial eagle, lovebirds and many species of vultures. Arrive at the lodge, check in and have a hot lunch. Afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park

Full day in Serengeti National park with at least two game drives. Admire the endless rolling plains, large herds of antelopes and birds in this unspoilt wilderness. All meals and accommodation at the lodge. Serengeti Sopa Lodge

Serengeti-Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Breakfast and depart to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The road passes through a beautiful countryside inhabited by pastoralists with large herds of cows and goats, with volcanic hills and flat topped acacias. Arrive at the lodge, check in and have a hot lunch. Afternoon descend the crater for game drives till evening ascend and continue to the lodge, dinner and overnight stay. Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

Ngorongoro-Arusha/depart

Ngorongoro-Arusha/depar0 7h30: Breakfast at the lodge and drive via Karatu and Manyara to Arusha. Lunch break at a selected restaurant in town and later transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure

Serengeti Sopa Lodge

Serengeti Sopa Lodge Opened in 1992, the lodge can accommodate 170 guests in 79 suites, each enjoying wallto-wall carpeting, a private lounge with a mini bar, a bedroom with two queen size beds and ample room for a third, an en-suite bathroom with shaver sockets and a hair dryer, and a private verandah which offers stunning views over the plains. All rooms are tastefully furnished with local fabrics and pictures. The interior of the suites are painted with the same colours as the main building, terracotta, mustard and blue, which is incorporated in the fabrics.

Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

Perched right on the edge of the Ngorongoro crater, the magnificent Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge is the only property on the eastern rim of this World Heritage Site. Accommodating 186 guests in its 96 spacious en-suite bedrooms, the lodge has its own private road to the crater floor. The lodge is perfectly situated to explore the abundant game in what is often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World”. Its location offers awe-inspiring views over the crater and some of the most breathtaking sunsets to be seen in Tanzania. Each suite has a private lounge with mini-bar, en-suite bathroom, central heating and a private solarium. The lodge has telephone facilities, satellite TV, a conference room and a swimming pool, situated on the very edge of the rim.

Terms of Cancellation

The parties involved shall agree the specific terms of cancellation on each case.
Under the Kenyan Law, the Hotels and Caterers can legally levy the following cancellation charges:
60-36 days prior to arrival: 10%
35-14 days prior to arrival: 25%
14-07 days prior to arrival: 33%
07-03 days prior to arrival: 50%
03 days-to no show : 100%
Whereas in Tanzania and Zanzibar, the charges below are applied;
Over 90 days before the departure date: Loss of deposit.
89-60 days before the departure date: 30% of the tour price.
59-45 days before the departure date: 50% of the tour price.
44-16 days before the departure date: 75% of the tour price.
Less than 15 days before the departure date or no show: 100% of the tour price.

Force Majeure Circumstances

In case either party suffers force majeure circumstances (which are unforeseen, inevitable and uncontrollable), such as strikes, closing of frontiers, ports and airports, bad weather, delays in departures and arrivals of the means of transportation, accidents and all services provided by a third Party, as a result of which the obligations under the present agreement cannot be fulfilled, the parties shall be exonerated from their obligations without having to pay compensation for the damage caused to the other party.
